Integra Credit Login: How to Access Your Account

⏱ 5 min read✓ Last reviewed Nov 7, 2026📊 3 data sources
  • Log in at integracredit.com — the lender’s own domain. This site is an independent review site and cannot access your account.
  • You need your application email — and password. Integra Credit never uses your SSN as a login credential.
  • Locked out? — use the password reset link first, then call 855-345-5550 if that fails.
  • Support hours — Monday–Friday 8am–8pm CT and Saturday 9am–5pm CT.

If you are here to apply rather than log in, check cheaper lenders first — Integra runs 99%–399% APR.

We are not Integra Credit. Integra Credit USA is an independent review site. We cannot access, reset, or troubleshoot your Integra Credit account. To log in, go directly to integracredit.com or call Integra Credit at 855-345-5550.

Where the Integra Credit login page lives

Integra Credit, operated by Deinde Financial LLC, hosts its borrower portal on its own domain. There is one official login entry point, reached from the main site header. Any other site claiming to offer an "Integra Credit login" is not affiliated with the lender, and entering credentials there puts your account at risk.

The portal is where existing borrowers check a balance, view the payment schedule, update bank details, download statements, and request a payoff quote. New applicants do not have portal access until a loan is originated and funded.

What you need to sign in

  • The email address you used on your loan application
  • Your account password (set during the funding process)
  • Access to that email inbox, since password resets and verification codes go there

Integra Credit does not use your Social Security number, loan number, or date of birth as a login credential. If a page asks for your full SSN to "log in," close it — that is a phishing pattern, not how the lender's portal works.

If you cannot log in

Forgot password

Use the password reset link on the login page. The reset email arrives within a few minutes to the address on file. If nothing arrives, check spam, then confirm you are using the same email you applied with. Borrowers who applied through a lead aggregator sometimes used a different address than they expect.

Account locked after failed attempts

Repeated failed logins can temporarily lock the account as a security measure. The lock clears on its own, typically within the hour. Calling customer service can clear it sooner.

No account found

This usually means one of three things: the application was never completed, the loan was declined and no account was created, or the loan was originated by a different lender you applied to around the same time. Check your email for the funding confirmation to confirm which lender actually funded you.

Loan paid off

Portal access may be reduced or closed after a loan is fully repaid. Request a final statement or payoff letter before you close the account out, since retrieving it later is harder.

Integra Credit customer service

If the portal is not working, Integra Credit's support line is the direct route. Phone support handles payment arrangements, due-date changes, payoff quotes, and account access issues that the portal cannot resolve.

Protecting your account

Subprime borrowers are a frequent target for account-takeover attempts, partly because loan portals hold bank account details. A few practical habits:

  • Type the lender's domain directly rather than following links in texts or emails about your loan
  • Integra Credit will not ask for your password by phone or email — nobody legitimate does
  • Use a password you do not reuse on other financial accounts
  • Watch for unexpected changes to your payment schedule or linked bank account, which can indicate unauthorized access

Thinking about a new loan instead?

If you landed here because you are considering a new Integra Credit loan rather than managing an existing one, the honest framing matters: Integra charges 99%–399% APR, which sits near the top of the legal range in most states. Before applying, it is worth checking whether a credit union Payday Alternative Loan (capped at 28% APR by federal rule) or a lender like OppLoans would take you first.

Our approval odds checker estimates where you stand in about thirty seconds without a credit pull, and our alternatives comparison lays out seven options that typically cost less.
